Large early cuckoo with some necessary restoration. One day wood movement, brass gears, replaced chains and bellow tops. -
German, clockwork, Whistler. This one is called, "Drunk Hanging onto a Lamp Post", ca 1910. -
French style conical clock that was copied from an original French conical made in the 1800's. This case is 14" high, made of brass and has all the same pieces and parts as an original that would sell for $2000 or more. -
Copy of an early German Saw Clock. It is 30" high, 7" wide, has a slick walnut finish with nice carvings and gilded Victorian designs. -
French 8 day carriage clock, time and strike, ca 1880. Brass case is 7" high, clean, complete, and all original. -
English short drop time only wall clock, certainly a cut above the usual English drop clocks we get. This one is mahogany veneered, 22" high, has some great carved side decorations, round wood bezel, four pegs to hold the top to the box, a bottom hinged door to access the pendulum, a hinged door on the side, and the oval glass at the bottom surrounded by rounded molding. -
German one weight Vienna regulator, ca 1890. The 8 day, time only one weight movement, is not signed. -
Vienna regulator, one weight, time only, maker unknown, nothing is signed except the porcelain dial. It is signed by the selling dealer, "J. C. W. Meyer / Wein". -
German one weight Vienna regulator, ca late 1800's. Streamlined ebonized wood case is long and thin, stands around 48" high, has three good glasses, wall levelers, and a door latch. -
German three quarter sized Vienna regulator. Unusual in that it has only one weight that runs the time portion of the movement and it has two springs that powers the hour strike and quarter hour strike. -
Scroll pediment, five dial barometer, ca 1840. The purpose of the convex mirror in the center is not clear, and certainly was not intended for use as a looking glass. -
Blinking Eye carved wood dog, an early model ca 1930. Excellent case is 7.5" high, darkened over time, complete, and all original. -
Carved novelty dog with blinking eyes, ca 1930. We have not had the blinking eye dogs before, in fact have not seen one before, and we have two in this collection. -
Swiss music box, 5" cylinder length, plays eight tunes. Full program card on the top lid, inner lid with glass over the cylinder, internal winding crank, playing controls on the right side, the music plays very well. -
Large metal novelty clock standing 15.5" high, featuring a lady, cupid, and a bird. -
Large mystery swinger. Solid 26" high brass cupid standing on a heavy black marble base and holding a 33" swing arm. -
Three dial skeleton clock with a double fusee movement. The large time dial is at the top, dial at bottom left shows weeks of the year, and dial at the bottom right shows the day of the month. -
Austrian Vienna Regulator. The Altdeutsch style case and the one weight brass movement are both from the 1870-1880 time period. -
