Clocks- 3 (Three): (1) France, portico clock, 8 day, time and strike, spring driven pendule to Paris movement with gridiron pendulum in a case featuring a riot of decorative elements including tortoise shell veneer, ebonized twist turned columns, and cast brass garlands, capitals and edge molding, with a white enamel dial and blued steel Breguet style hands, c1860; (2) Horolovar, Bronxville, New York, reproduction of 1855 Briggs rotary clock, 8 day, time only, spring driven movement with conical pendulum on a wood base under a glass dome, c1980; (3) Skeleton clock reproduction, 8 day, time and calendar functions with moon phase, spring driven fusee movement in a polished brass skeletonized frame on a black marble base, all under an oval glass dome, c1990. -

Clocks- 4 (Four) Seth Thomas Ship's Levers: Seth Thomas Clock Co., Thomaston, Conn., "Ship's Lever" deck or wardroom timepieces, 8 day, time only, spring-driven lever escapements with center seconds in black phenolic cases with hinged bezels, three with silvered dials and one with black phenolic dial. Clocks were commissioned for U.S. Maritime Commission, U.S. Coast Gaurd, and U.S. Navy. -
