Description

Also in the Pons stamp there is "Medaille Dor". Above the makers stamp, in an oval, is "Farret A Paris" (Farret dates 1840 - 1870). The strike is on a bell; the porcelain dial, with fancy hands, is also marked "Farret 25 - Rue Chapon - A Paris". Below the dial is a beveled glass window. The oak case is topped with a bronze finial and inset pieces of black marble with white veins. There is a matching shelf that the case sits on. The clock is running and striking on the half hour. The clock is very clean and nice looking. (The bronze finial is rough.) Dial - 7 1/2" Diameter; Case - 26 3/4" Tall; Shelf - 16 1/4" Wide x 13" Long
