Description
The hour and 1/2 hour bell striking movement is No. 14707 and otherwise unmarked; with an enamel dial. The figure, "LIBELLULE" by Ruchot, is of a winged woman made of white metal. The figure and the 5 cup candle holder side pieces are on very dark maroon marble. The candle holders are also made of white metal. The clock is running and striking at this time. (The gilt decoration is worn on the front feet of the case. The figure is not attached to the clock. Some of the original finish on the figure is worn off. An arm on one side piece has been re-attached. Another has 2 or 3 joints that are separated.) Dial - 3 1/4" Diameter; Clock - 27" Tall x 13 3/4" Wide; Side Pieces - 25 3/4" Tall x 12 1/2" Wide.
