Description
This is a true period mirror clock door and not simply a mirror which was converted. It is the only one I have ever found. Black and gold columns with the original mustard yellow base paint on the front and back. The gold on the columns has been painted over but often the original gold survives well when that paint is removed. The four pressed brass corner rosettes are original. The upper glass has been poorly repainted on what is probably the original glass. The mirror is a replacement. There are the original hinge marks on the right side. 29" tall and 14" wide.
