Description

A very nice carved wood, wall timepiece with an 8-day French cylinder platform movement and porcelain dial. Movement is marked H&H, France, and with a pressed lion trademark. The case was originally gold leafed, and has been painted over and much of that has worn away as well, now a mellow "antique" gold color. Rear wind, in running order. Height 18"
