Makers trademark is a shaped shield with the letters LF, and the city "Paris" showing above, serial No. 3231. We could not find this exact trademark, c1900 -

The case is of recent manufacture, nicely done with walnut and mahogany veneers over pine, stained a mellow walnut color.
