England, a small, 18th century 30 hour hanging alarm timepiece, square brass dial plate decorated with hemispheres at the corners, silvered roman numeral chapter ring and alarm disc, single blued steel hand, iron square posted movement with recoil escapement and seconds pendulum, the back with loop and spikes for hanging, and lead weights -
Goyer, a Paris, a neoclassical gilt bronze "Aux Guirlandes" cartel clock, the cast case surmounted by an urn with ram's heads at the sides, each with a ring in its mouth suspending a laurel festoon, the festoons continuing down the case sides and terminating beneath the bezel, case sides with textile backed apertures and foliate form brass frets, bottom with Vitruvian scroll panels above a fluted incurved bracket with laurel and acanthus ornament, roman numeral, convex white enamel dial with arabic five minute markers, signed "Goyer a Paris", well made pierced and engraved hands, large, flat bottomed round movement of at least two week duration, with recoil escapement, silk thread suspension and striking on a bell, the front plate with scribed circles for train layout, front and back plates also with holes for observing depth of engagemen between wheels and pinions -
