European, 3-weight "Vienna Regulator", grande sonnerie in a large 72 beat version, the modern walnut case carefully copied from an original, with canted corners, dozens of small frame moldings accenting burled insets, and carved with lions heads and roses at top, and acanthus leaves near bottom of door. The base itself fully carved with winged eagles and leafy scrolls. Removable top trim with large carved lions head and floral accents. -
