C.1900, French, Brass Cased Carriage Clock, Grand Sonnerie with repeat and alarm, by A.E. Bourdin, both the dial and the shuttered back signed "Bourdin, Her Brevete, Rue de la Pais 28, Paris' This has a wonderful engraved gorge case, nicely off set by a unique pierced and engraved handle. -
C.1880, French, Bourdin, Paris, Calendar clock, with day date and month showing on three separate dials below the main time dial, all 4 set into an engraved and gilded mask with fine detail. Silvered time dial engine turned at the center. Finely made movement signed Bourdin a` Paris on the rear plate, and with a 2-vial compensating pendulum.
