A quality lot of 3 (Three) English precision items and associated parts: (1) A very fine English astronomical movement and dial including pendulum hanger and tie down screw; (2) a rare English compensating pendulum of dissimilar metals, and with two large spheres suspended out from the center shaft, and with mechanism to indicate the degree of compensation [indicator hand missing]; and (3) an English mahogany round Gothic case with carved trim below the dial opening and with wide proportions that could accommodate a wide pendulum, such as that one included in this lot. -
Swingers- 2 [Two] French, lot of small-medium ball style swing clocks, the movements contained within the brass spheres, suspended from the upraised arms of female statues. Larger figure is carrying a giant sea shell, the base signed "Reine des Flots, per Aug Moreau", smaller figure holds a large flower, unsigned. -
