Alarms include 6 from WWII, "War Alarms" as printed on the dials, four of these are in square, hard molded paper mache cases with original black finish. 4 mixed nickel plated alarms (one in a carriage style case) and a mid century Westclox Big Ben. -
Clocks- 3 (Three) Shelf Clocks: (1) Probably Ketterer, Aron or Theodor, Furtwangen, Germany, 50 hour, time and strike, spring driven shelf cuckoo with inlayed veneer case and white enamel dial; (2) Germany, Junghans, "World Time" lighthouse clock, 8 day, time only, spring driven clock with 8 small dials for global times and local time showing on the larger dial in the base. A drive shaft extends upward from the movement to turn the armed wheel. Counterweights on the each of the 8 sets of motion works cause the time to advance on the small dials; (3) Ansonia Clock Co., New York, " Rouen" 8 day, time and strike, spring driven mantel clock in a grain painted iron case, c1894. -
