the case retains its original finish and the right dial support needs to be reglued. The dial retains its original paint in very good condition. The keystone on pendulum is detached but present and the suspension spring is absent. The pendulum rod is original and retains remnants of gold leaf. The damascened pendulum bob is original. This is a rare clock, the largest of the "58" series produced by Howard. It is similar to the No. 72 Regulator, except without a second's bit and a one inch shorter case.
