Description
Case and dials with tarnished silver. A small amount of brass showing through the silver on the lower left portion in the back. Gilt surfaces under slightly discolored lacquer. Celsius thermometer is absent, as is the weather vane on the peak of the roof. The brass sails are later additions and not of the proper design. Railing with small bends. Base with one small chip to the edge.
