Description

Enamel numerals are in very good condition. Flat brass fronton is absent from the top of the clock. The side doors are missing. The clock has three hammers and two bells. The hours and alarm are struck on the lower, larger bell. The half hours are struck on the smaller, upper bell. Lower bell is embossed with "Joseph Dubois ". There are many nice construction details within the movement including a lightly made crown wheel, turned and faceted crown wheel arbor support, and decorative hardware. Four bladed iron fan. Movement uprights with small, but distinct feet. Suspension shroud is 5 inches tall. Pendulum leader is missing. No weights or pendulum are provided with this clock.
