Description
There is some tarnish on the pewter chapter ring and a bit of a casting flaw around the numeral "VI ". Heavy brass hand. There are rust spots on iron plates, pillars, and arbors. There is no suspension shroud, but it may never have had one. Cast bell is embossed with "Dubois Au Puy" in two places. Movement uprights are straight at the base. Iron fly with four blades. Small turned door knobs are unusual. This clock does not come with weights or a pendulum. This clock was sold by Ivoire Saint-Etienne on October 13th, 2012 as lot number 40.
