Description
(1) Brass case looks to have been nicely cleaned and polished, but needs a little care along the top edge. Original porcelain dial is perfect. Original hands. There is a chip at the lower left corner on the left side beveled glass panel. The other glass panels are fine. The pendulum has lost its mercury vials and now has faux inserts. (2) Gilt bronze case retains much of its original gilding. Original porcelain dial has hairline cracks. Original hands. Striking hammer has been replaced. The current pendulum has a cylindrical bob rather than the more typical round disk.
