Description

Brass case has many fingerprints and uneven tarnish spots. Glass is absent. Locking bezel comes with a working cabinet style key. Silvered dial is in excellent condition and may have been redone. Seconds bit is missing. Black paint is flaking off of hands near the center arbor. Movement ticks briskly.
