Description

(1) Time comes with some of the brass thimbles used to record the time of individual pigeons. Glass in one window has been replaced. These clocks were used to record the time that pigeons took to fly fixed distances. Wagers were placed on the results, so these clocks have security features to prevent tampering. (2) Some paint loss to metal case. (3) Two cracks and two edge chips to dial. Lettering on dial is very legible. Dimensions are for the pigeon timer (1) .
