Description
the case retains remnants of its original finish. The weight baffle has been repainted and parts of the interior of the case surrounding the weight baffle have been painted black. The pendulum rod has been restored. The dial is in good condition with minor wear to signature and some of the numerals have been strengthened. No black remains on the reverse painted tablet. An original Howard #1 weight is included. The second hand has been glued to its shaft.
