Description
The walnut case is in excellent condition and has been lightly refinished. The two round wood buttons on the door bottom and two larger ones on the crest are missing. The original time paper dial is in excellent condition with minor wear and discoloration. The original calendar paper dial is also in excellent condition with minor wear. The hands are all original. There is a very good B. B. Lewis label inside the clock case. The clock was designed to make the base removable so that it could function as a shelf clock. The base piece will need a new dowel to attach it to the case. The door glass is original. Overall this is a very scarce clock, particularly retaining the base, and in good condition.
