Description
Refinished mahogany and mahogany veneered case has a small repair on the upper right corner of the door. Original scrolls and feet. Tablet is a nice replacement. Original painted dial in nice condition for its age with some soiled areas at the winding arbors. Key escutcheon is a replaced. Finials are modern and Seth Thomas style- not the right type for this maker. Original movement. Period hands, but the minute hand is from a later wood movement clock which had minute markings outside the chapter numerals, thus it is too long. Clean, interesting label inside.
