Description
The case is in good condition with some original finish. The case has lost its original top and had a carved walnut replacement probably from a Victorian piece of furniture. See the original top in Tran Duy Ly's "Gilbert Clocks", page 146. The paper dial is lifting from the pan and may be replaced. The hands are original. The door glass is original, but the advertising was added later. The hands are correct.
