The silvered dial is nicely fretted and the Roman Numerals are sharply engraved and black filled. The frame surmounted by a bell that is struck once on the passing of each hour. this clock is generally clean and is running robustly. Some file marks remain within the fretted areas that could be polished out, but overall the woman did a good job of finished the frames. Original chain is intact.
