Description

the black chapter and numerals have been professionally repainted. The Howard signature has been strengthened over original, well done. Movement with impressed markings of E. Howard & Co., Boston. The marble itself has pronounced graining, and there are three horizontal glue repairs, around 5 to 6 inches above the bottom of the dial, professionally done, but still slightly visible. The original shaped iron weight with "cast in" number 17.
