the ornate case is in very nice original condition with no losses or damage. The signed white enamel dial has chips around a winding hole, and the thick beveled glass is chipped at the top. The round movement is correctly signed; it ticks and strikes but was not tested long term. The newer wood base is an attractive addition, but not necessary. Ht on wood base is 21Ò
