Description

this clock was one of the first time punch clocks invented, by the Scotsman Alexander Dey. Dey Time Register Co. eventually merged with International Time Recorder, also of Endicott, the forerunner of IBM. The case and parts retain its untouched original finish with some loss to paint on time punch wheel. The in and out wheel is missing its paper tabs. There has been an electric light installed inside the case. The original etched glass window with ÓDey RegisterÕ is present and intact and the glass and bezel over the dial are absent.
