Description

Movement not running, fully wound, no power to escapement, hairspring rusty, one movement mounting screw missing, bronze mortar and base appear to have been silvered originally, traces of silver remain, a nice little French industrial type desk clock, Ht 4 3/4" See Derek Roberts "Mystery, Novelty and Fantasy Clocks" chapter 22 for illustrations and more information on this clock
