the original finish is worn from statues and tower, now base metal showing; the iron base has some small chips in its' black enamel finish. Note also that this early version of Art and Commerce never had the long side drops flanking the clock tower, just round fluted cast buttons. Porcelain dial with open 'scape is fine; hands original.
