we were not able to identify the signature, but the case and painted metal dial, with minor flaking, are old. The well-done reverse-paint glasses also are old but replacements. The movement is unsigned; the lower weight baffle behind the pendulum bob is absent; and the barbed hands are newer. The top finial eagle should be larger. Ht 34"
