both cases retain original worn finishes with minor losses. The larger Welch has a worn paper dial, old wavy glass, a nice three-barrel pendulum, dark bottom label and movement stamped with the maker name. The Gilbert's painted metal dial has only minor flakes at the corners, and there is a good inside label. Hts 13.5" and 17"
