Description
The heavy stone drumhead case has no damage, and the black finish has dulled just a bit. Some white paint specks also need to be removed from top surfaces. Both front thick beveled glasses are fine, and the porcelain dial, signed by the predecessor to Bailey, Banks and Biddle, has just a tiny chip by the top rate adjuster. The unsigned movement, with its jeweled exposed escapement, swings a gridiron compensating pendulum (missing its glass crystal) but will need minor service. Ht 15"
