For W.W.W. Guaranteed Rings. The top has 6 arms run by clock works. There are 3 with photos of clocks and a watch and 3 that read "For Mother or Father" "W.W.W. Guaranteed Rings" "For Sweetheart or Friend". They swing back and forth so the words and the pictures can be viewed at the same time. The top has spots for 8 rings. Not tested. (There is one ring missing.) 20" Tall x 21 1/2" Wide
