This partially complete has the cabinet, works, center dial and hands, and the top with 2 rearing horses. It is advertising birthstones and reads "Stones Guaranteed to Stay In." There is a metal tag on the side that reads "The Attracto Company". Not tested. 18" Tall x 14 1/2" Wide x 6 3/4" Deep
