Description

The bell striking movement is No. 232. The figure is of a reclining lady, her elbow near raspberry vines, reaching to get water from a spout below the dial. It was designed by J. Moran (?). On a base platform of white marble with black veins. The clock runs and strikes for a short time. (The dial has a hairline. The pendulum is not the correct length to keep the clock running for very long. The right front corner of the marble has a chip. The finish on the figure looks to be redone.) 13 1/4" Tall x 19" Wide
