With a set key wind movement and a marked metal dial with raised Roman Numerals. In a brass case with the sun, moon, stars and a planet on it. The presentation tag reads "Louis J. Barbano In Recognition of his outstanding Service to Columbia Pictures Corporation 1932-1957". The clock is running at this time. (There is some wear to the dial.) 6 1/4" Tall x 15 3/4" Wide
