Description
marked Kern Germany embossed dial with painted cartouche Roman numerals; rotating 4 ball pendulum; embossed base with 3 male figures (Hercules?) holding chains; movement marked K. U. S.S.V. Germany. Wants to run but does not continue. Dome has rounded rim, no nicks. Loose metal piece under dome, not sure of it's function.
