4 Dial T.O. English Manning and Manning Kay and Co. 1914 Worcester, England Tower Clock: with 4 dial and 4 sets fo hands; 36" dials; It appears that the stand and dial have been made later and stands as a street clock now. (No pendulum found; may be other small parts missing.)
