Description
this is a wonderful case and set of tablets, with spare holes in the back and a smaller long pendulum movement from another clock, and a restored No. 1 Howard dial from still another clock. Note the winding arbor does not line up properly with this No. 1 dial. There is no eyelet in the crutch for a second's hand, and there is no second bit pivot extension on the movement. The extra holes and pencil marks show where the original movement was mounted. The pendulum is OK. The original Howard iron weight is marked with a deep "I". The right workman could improve this clock. Ht 50"
