GRO (winds, sets and ticks), the movement is in good condition. The unusual squat style case (wider than it is tall) shows some moderate oxidation. There is a light set of hairlines in the bottom right hand corner of the Arabic numeral porcelain dial. Ht 4 1/4" to top of handle
