Description
All companies made many blacks, and many models. This is one of Sessions finest. It is 17.5" long, 10.75" high, has bronze columns and trimmings, gilt metal caps and bases, green marbleized inset, and cast friezes above the columns. The case is complete except for the wood back. Good dial, hands, and the many ornaments. 8 day movement, strikes a Cathedral gong on the hours and a cup bell on the half hours. "S" pendulum included.
