Description
Dial and movement are signed, "Made In England". The dark oak case is less than 10" wide and 8" high, yet it has a large and heavy Westminster Chime movement, 5 hammers and 5 long rods. Bowed and beveled glass in the nickeled sash, silver dial square applied over the wood front. Unusual hands are original and there is a chime/silent lever on the dial. It has the original pendulum and large winding key. It is running and striking quarter hours and hours.
