Description

This is one in their series of four clocks that New Haven made that were similar in every way, including their names. They all used an 8 day timepiece movement, had leaded glass in the door, porcelain dials, and mahogany finished cases. This clock is 35.5" high, in excellent original condition, slightly dark and crazed. It does show age and use, but as nice parlor type clocks go, it is right up with the best. Inside at the bottom is a brass plaque that says, "From / Dad / 1916". Excellent 10" porcelain dial has one minute flake at the bottom below the NH signature, not worth mentioning. Correct hands, brass bob, wood stick, and door latches. On the back is a complete, perfect, and protected, paper label. Ly-New Haven No. 585.
