Description

Original 12 inch silvered dial has screw mounted bronze numerals and markers with fancy matching bronze color hands. The wavy glass looks to be old. Original slow/fast adjusting through the dial at the 12 o'clock position and a pendulum kicker at the 6 o'clock position. This factory installed spring loaded kicker allows you to "kick" the pendulum to start the clock without removing the dial. The kicker retracts out of the way to allow complete pendulum movement. The movement was recently cleaned and serviced. It is likely this was a special order clock for a bank or counting room. We cannot find any record of this model ever having been sold previously and is not shown in any of the Seth Thomas catalogs. The case is 18inches in diameter at the back and is 8.5 inches deep.
