Description
It has brass dial rings, brass inner dial, recessed numerals, large brass panel around the dials, and a subsidiary dial that regulates the strike/silent. Small plaque on the dial indicates it was exported to, "Duhme / Cincinnati". All three hands are original. The front and back doors are identical except the front has glass and the back has a brass screen and cloth covering. Both doors have locks, with keys. Brass cathedral style panels on the sides, brass feet, brass pineapple finials, and a brass ornament on top. There are two large pieces of cast ornaments on the front door and a cast brass band around the base. The large brass bob is surely original to the movement. The fancy mahogany veneered case is only 13.5" high, definitely a miniature clock.
