Description
Not a terribly rare clock but this one is about as nice and example as you are likely to find. The case is rosewood and mahogany with a clean original finish and nearly perfect veneer. The two toned gold columns are exceptional. Usually they are badly worn or gold overpainted but these look great. The raised zinc dial has just a couple small flaked spots, the label is virtually perfect and the reverse decorated tablet is colorful and in superior condition. Original pulley caps, hands, pendulum and weights. 30 hour brass movement with gong strike and in good running order. 25" tall.
