Description
mahogany veneered case in an old finish with loss at the base and some small chips and dings on the bottom door. One of the topside returns is missing and the cap on the left chimney is a missing part of its front edge. Bottom glass is old with a replacement paper scene. Center panel is original. Original painted dial is very clean. Hands are original. Original bell has been replaced with a heavy wire gong of the type found in a bracket clock. Someone put a formed iron bar above the movement it keep it from sliding upwards when the weights are attached.
