Description
the gilding is worn from the bronze on high spots and there are some fly specs and other areas of gold loss, and some verdi-green in crevices. The movement is complete and sound, ticks and strikes. The dial has turned dark, and has lost its silvering in places. The chasing detail on the jewels, and the ladies hair and gown is exceptional. She was likely admiring a string of pearls in her right hand, which are now absent. Ht 18"
