Description
this clock lived by the sea and the lower portion of the outer brass bezel corroded away, and this allowed some moisture to reach the paper dial and cause some discoloration. There is a horizontal bar that should be soldered at the rear edge of the "wheels" to keep this from tipping backwards, and that bar is missing. It does still stand OK, but you do want to be careful.
