Seems to tick and strike. Hard to say whether it would be better to hunt for an old case, or enjoy the clock as is. In any case, out estimate is based on the value of the large No. 40 mov't w/ seconds bit, on cast iron bracket, plus pendulum and cathedral gong. Rear case hanger needs replacing. Ht 39"
